To clear up any confusion...
The information I posted earlier today has been on my website (www.sassymasseyphotography.com) since Day 1. I posted it here so that it was public knowledge. The No Refund Policy is stated as is, so there are no questions regarding the process I try and follow.
If I, Photographer of Sassy Massey Photography, was running late OR had an emergency and cancelled your session I would reschedule you for a later date or give you a credit for your future session. I can not think of a circumstance where that would happen ...other than the birth of my child, but just the same... I would make it work for all parties. I guarantee that.
I try to be very fair and upfront. I feel that it is the way business should be handled. More times than not, I try to give everyone a little extra, and I like doing that. However, I must have guidelines written for reference, and that is what was posted earlier today.
