I could tell you that I love to take pictures, but you already know that. Instead, I think I will tell you that I have a passion for capturing moments. Aspect Ratio & Printing your Photos

This was originally posted by a fellow photographer in the DFW Area. I have recently had many clients ask me why certain photos do not print exactly as they see it on their computer screen. Hopefully this helps…

Here is a little visual with all the confusion on why when you order an 8x10 you have to crop so much out of the original picture.. after all 8x10 is bigger than 4x6. Hard to grasp concept but the since a picture is worth a thousand words.. here is something that may help you understand aspect ration.
